I would think so. I mean, how else would blind people with miniature horses keep their houses clean?
I'd say it's possible, although I don't know exactly how one would go about doing it.

Yes it is- many horses are "potty trained" in the sense that they always eliminate in the same area of their stall, pen, pasture, etc. This is a natural instinct and isn't trained, although some horses are "piggy" and seem to go wherever they please and make a big mess of their stalls. As far as training your mini to use a certain outdoor place to eliminate, I'm not all that sure on how you'd go about doing it but it IS possible! Horses are very intelligent, and if dogs can do it, horses certainly can.
