The Wogodogo Monarchy (1896 - present; within France and Burkina Faso) is listed as a valid monarchy, but i see no connection to any Rita, or Chioma for that matter

I sounds rather like you have received a "419" Nigerian scam e-mail. Delete it now. Just be guided by your own common sense, and consider two things: (1) why on earth would they have singled you out as a reponsible person? (2) if something sounds too good to be true, that's because it is!
