Apparently there have been a few reports of piped crowd noise being heard. It's a bit desperate isn't it?
Or is it a good idea?

I'm not a Spurs supporter but I'm guessing you're a gooner.

It's been reported on the radio this morning that's why I'm asking. I'm not making this up and I'm not saying I believe it.

Maybe its the fact that its a state of the art ground that has the best acoustics in England so the sound travels around within the ground that could be confusing all these obvious 'loyal' y1ds that come to out ground in open mouthed amazement, gawping at the length of our hot dogs, the padding on our seats and the beautiful football that is put on for them. The fact is, that match day at the Grove and match day at the lane is like comparing 'Fillet Mignon with a Pot Noodle' - This is the real reason for these sad stories.

Well lets be fair right......... it's hard to say ashburton has no atmoshphere, for me as a gooner it's early days. There is no history there i feel with more history the atmoshere will come. it's exiting to be there and last night actually, at the Moscow game it felt like home for the first time.
as for keeping the sound in? surely if in this day and age it can be done using clever architecture. why not do it? surely it makes sense? Yeah we were known as the highbury library but that has no reflection on gooners passion for arsenal. thats why we pack out the stadium time after time. the team know that.

They need to do it. The home supporters have always left before the end of the game.

Arsenal has always been infamous for the lack of atmosphere, they didn't call Highbury 'The Library' for nothing.

Why not - it's what they used to do at Highbury the Library.
