i have. once i've told him that i'll stay a few days at home for medical reasons, he asked me why. i've told him that i'm too tired and need a break and he said to go home, have a nap and come back so this would not affect my pay.

I have the opposite. My boss is a total idiot and pervert. It's nothing for him to grope himself while talking to his employees, even the male employees. I can't begin to count how many times we've caught him looking at internet porn while on the job. And don't get me started on his finger. It tends to disappear on occasion and go up his *ss. No joke. But what's grosser than that is the fact that he sniffs his finger when he's done. At least we all have good laughs at his expense. Not to mention he's the rudest, crudest son of a b*tch I've ever met and he treats women as if we're here to serve him and do WHATEVER he says.

My boss ain't as great as yours, obviously, but he's pretty cool. He mostly leaves me to my own devices so long as there's nothing too urgent that needs doing.
Only thing is though, I think he's a tee-totaller.
