OMG you lost your hymen..you are so careless. Sorry bad joke, but it's not the end of the world. To be perfectly honest no guy is going to pay attention to whether or not your hymen is in intact when you are having sex, so don't worry. Breaking the hymen can happen in a variety of ways including exercise and even the vagina exam at you gynecologist. Don't worry. I lost my hymen years before I had sex. Mine actually broke when sneezed.

losing hymen is not a bad thing to worry about.... most guys say that women have lost their hymen are no longer virgins, but they are wrong... you can even lost your hymen even driving a bicycle.... i dont think you can take it back or reproduce another hymen by taking medicines or what.... dont make it a big deal on your part.... youre still lucky coz you lost your hymen not through sexual intercourse....

it's absolutely normal to lose your hymen before you have intercourse. some people may even view this as lucky since the chances that you will have painful intercourse the first time are lower! i know i lost mine before my first time. it's normal for girls to lose it when they are young especially if you partake in activities like horseback riding, gymnastics, dancing, sports- even falling just the right way can tear it because it is so thin and fragile. there really isn't a way to get it back, except like one poster wrote with expensive cosmetic surgery. don't worry, it's very normal and nothing to worry about or feel bad about!

You can't without paying thousands of dollars and going through a painful and pointless procedure. Hymens are useless and don't mean anything. Not having sex is what makes you a virgin not whether or not you have a hymen. Some women are born without hymens but, they are still virgins! Not that virginity has meaning anyways unless you are a religious nut.

it's perfectly natural to lose it without penetration, but - i am sorry to say - there is no way of getting it back (unless you consult a plastic surgeon: apparently there is a new fashion of replacing hymens for newly weds, but this will cost a lot!)

If you didn't have sex you're still a virgin, the hymen doesn't count. Even horse riding can break it, so don't worry about that.

It really doesn't matter, all that matters is that you feel good with yourself.
