the theory is not correct so it will not happen, the truth is that the universe is flat, but curled up at the edges, I saw it through my telescope last night

Parallel things run, err, in parallel. The definition of which is that they never meet, or diverge. So,if 2 universes did collide all bets are off as they are not parallel so none of that theory would be relavent.

i hope the "other me" is better than the one i'm putting up with

there is a theory called "string" which suggest that parallel dimensions collided and caused the big bang. Contencious but believed by some sciencetists

I like this theory: It turns out that most things we think of as solids are not. The atoms that make up things are mostly empty. Then on tops of this, its be recently found that the electrons and protons that make up atoms seem to disappear and reappear randomly. So the coolest theory goes to:......Parallel universes!!! How many parallel universes would it take to make that "solid" keyboard your typing on really be solid?

Parallel universes' could never collide because they are parallel! They are mirror images of ours! They are supposed to be like shadows, they move with us!

this theory has been thought upon, the papers i read said that the two would either join together without us knowing any differance (of course) or the both of those particular universes would simply pop out of existance

or donnie darko would save both universes, as per the film

They could never collide. They are parallel.
The same way two parallel lines can never meet.
If they did they wouldn't be parallel.

Parallel universes defy logic and do not exist.
If they did,no space would be present to separate them ,so,collision would not be an option!!
