I think I know what you are asking and the answer is "no". There are no bacteria that can't be killed in properly cooked pork. Even the parasites like trichinella can be killed with proper cooking.

The bacteria in pork (in all meat) can be killed by cooking to the proper temperature and making sure the meat is cooked clear through to the middle.
