Fracturing your talus is a serious matter. You cannot do the physio on your own. You need a rehab doctor or physical therapist to oversee your rehab. Just wondering why your doctor did not arrange for this.

They should refer you to a physiotherapist or an exercise therapist. Let them worry about how to do this. They show you how to do this.
Best wishes on your recovery.
