Premature questions never satisfy. Nonetheless, the best hint is to look back at some of the archives of such speculation in 1998. Bush was barely mentioned if at all and laughed off as not credible if he was. But guess what nearly everyone was wrong in 1998 and so eight years later in an open field at again 2 years plus before the end of a two term presidency nearly every ones assumptions will be wrong again. Odds are , if history repeats herself, and she usually does, those in the limelight for contenders now will not be in the seat in 08.

unfortunately people think that a liberal can change economic and poltical realities...thats far far from the truth...the fact of the matter is the president or any president for that matter has to deal with obstacles on a daily basis. the thing that scares me greatly is idiot liberals thinking that hillary has some magic bullet are only going to find out four years later that trialgate, filegate whitewater and the cattle futures scam were only warning signs of what was to come.

It will be a Republican if the Democrats can't find someone who tells the truth, and is intelligent. On second thought, it will be a Republican!
