Why not ? There are a lot of life experiences that can be used to make it better. I think that age is only a state of mind. If I wanted to start over, and I am around 40, I would jump right in. Assuming that you have your health, get on it. There is nothing you can't do and no one that is off limits. People have always guessed me 10-12 yrs younger. Although I am not looking to restart, I am not looking to mature any faster, either. I will be the first to play with my kids or act totally immature, and not give a hoot who notices. There used to be a saying on a wall by a pool near by. It said " You don't quit playing because you grow old. You grow old because you quit playing." I hope I answered some of your question.

Absolutely! You can change your life at any age if you just want it bad enough. Our culture is becoming more and more accomadating to adults, in some ways the older the better.

40 year olds today are sexy smart and independent. They start their own businesses and go back to school.

Most Universities allow senior citizens to audit courses for free so just imagine, you may start another life again at 65 or 70. You are only limited by what you let yourself believe

But of course! Age is only a number, after all. My uncle lost his wife to cancer after almost 40 years of marrage. now two years later he is getting out there and enjoying himself with other people. He is starting a new life at 62! I say go for it. I am 39.999 (LOL) and I feel like if I needed to start over I could. We still have alot of life left before us. Good luck and GOD bless!

Of course you can, its never to late to turn your life around.
Make some positive changes, find things to look forward to, find a job you love, enjoy and love your life, its to great to miss out on by being unhappy.
