Yes legally Bill would be allowed to be Hillary's vice president. I am pretty certain that if this were the case and something happened to Hillary Bill would be ineligible to become President as he has used up his terms, instead they would promote the Speaker of the House as he is 3rd in line for the Presidency.
I honestly don't think Hillary would choose Bill in the first place. I think if Hillary wins the Democratic primary she might tag team with Obama, and likewise if Obama wins the primary he might work with Hillary. Of course that would certainly be a change for the Democrats to be working together to achieve goals rather than just bickering amongst themselves. I mean how the Dems managed to lose the last election against Bush is completely past me, the only person I think could possibly be worse than Bush was in fact John Kerry, and for some odd reason Kerry won the primary.

she will opt for him as a operating mate, particular. yet Constitutionally, i'm not particular if he might want to settle for the area. so as that they might want to do it, and then even as they win, she will employ AL GORE as vice chairman! Hahahaha negative Al, continually a bridesmaid, not in any respect a bride... yet bill must be UN Sec typical, so i don't think of he would do it besides. That substances quite a challenge, because they could't do both (Hillary as prez, and bill as UN guy). Neither the UN nor the rustic would settle for that type of association, too a lot conflict of interest. So i imagine they have a important decision to make. in my opinion, i'd want to confirm bill as UN Sec Gen. we want an AMERICAN in that position, fairly after the disaster it really is Kofi Annan. Love, Jack.

I think this is all about getting Bill back for his indiscretions. Maybe she will be too busy with the intern to care either way.
