...I'm sure it could, but could a PIG kill a snake? ;)
A friend told me a story of how he had a pot-belly pig for a pet. It would roam around the farm and sometimes show up back at the house with snakes. My friend said he finally figured it out when he actually saw the pig kill a rattlesnake. The pig had hunted the snake. The snake tried to retaliate, but its bites could not effect the pig because of the thick layer of fat on its neck, so the pig always won!
Wish I had a pig to keep the snakes away! :)

The answers by others are OK.But that of ti npt 3 stands out.
Why a pig my late cousin had killed a snake when she was a child. She was playing in the drawing room alone when a snake was passing by. She was perhaps attracted by its movement and thinking it to be a toy caught it in both hands and as children always do chewed it.(She was teething) and cut it into two. Of course the serpent culd have killed her but before it could react it was already in two pieces. Nobody inside the house was aware of this. A beggar who called at the door and called out after seeing my cousins bloody mouth. The people in the house came running and saw her 'taming of Kalia feat'. So the deciding factor would be who strikes first. Normally I have seen even in circuses serpents do not themselves attack the beasts. Perhaps living in the jungle and having been in constant touch with the beasts their presence does not disturb them which is mutual and each goes its own way.

If a Pig gets hungry sufficient, she would be ready to kill a snake. IN Georgia, there is loads of foreage to feed on and each now after which you will discover a Momma pig crossing the line along with her biddies following perfect at the back of her.

I've seen a video of a Burmese python grabbing and choking a piglet that someone put in the snake's cage.

Sure it can. The snake should be a big one with bigger fangs(to penetrate pigs thick skin) & enough venom.
