The temperature begins dropping once the sun sets. The reason the temperature is typically the coolest/coldest right before the sun rises is because this is the point in which it's had the most time to drop before the sun rises and begins to warm it back up again! It should be noted that the coolest/coldest temerature is not always recorded just before sunrise (although this is usually the case). For example, if there is a cold front moving through the area in the middle of the afternoon, temperatures may be at their coolest behind the front at that time of day

Its called thermoinversion. On a cold morning the temp can drop up to 7 degrees as the sun starts to rise. Cause as the sun starts to heat up the atmosphere it pushes the colder air down to the earths surface before it the heated air reaches us

I never have this sensation before. Depends when it is in the winter, and theres no cloud, I felt like is colder than when there are cloud. Or maybe when the sun is out, the cold pressure drop and and warmth from the sun slowly warm up the atmosphere.

Maybe I am not up so early in the morning. :))

Trust me on this one: It doesn't.

On a cloudless night, heat radiates into space, and it gets colder.

Once the sun comes up, the temperature rises.

same reason noon doesn't have to be the hottest time of the day, the absorption of the sun's rays and radiant heat takes time to affect the world around you.
