Most minorities are considered that, not just black men. As to the people who consider that, it is usually due to ignorance. Any person can be considered a menace to society

because they don't speak good english. they should say "black men ARE a menace to society" of course that is not entirely true and i have no idea why they would say it. so are some white men.

i don't think too many people say that. i mean, the 60s are over, and have been for quite some time. if you live in the sticks (where i live), there's certainly a few that might say that, but even here in Alabama there's not that many. so, it's all in your head.

Lack of education among blacks, results crude
behavior is the root cause of this notion

it is very dissapointing people say this but black men have taken over many organizations like the united nations
they are also the trend setters in terms of music and many are jealous

GOSH, I cannot imagine where such a false rumor got started.
Most black men are very law-abiding, respectful decent citizens who are shocked by the tiny minority of them that wear prison style clothes and act like thugs( NOT)
