Why bother going to the polls? Your question is contradictory. How can you say you're voting if you're not casting your vote for any candidate? That being the case, how can a vote be counted that was not cast? Your non-existant vote will not count because there will be nothing to count. What are you going to do -- walk into the booth and walk out again? I'm sorry; your question makes no sense. Have a nice day.

My guess would be about 5% would vote only for local and state measures.. If the diebold machines work right your votes won't count for the candidates, but who knows?.. Usually I think people vote the other way around, they vote for the candidates and not the measures.

Your ballot count will be invalid... there are some who do this way.. In some cases the party persons take ur vote illegelly by marking their party's symbol..

Voting machines also count the number of people who enter them. By not pulling a lever it shows your (mine too) displeasure with politicians. Example: Of 2000 voters, 500 did not cast a vote....passive contempt....if the politicians look at that data.

if you do not mark your ballot your vote does not count as anything, they throw it out. so if evryone in the us did that, it'd be a pretty funny election

I would pay good money to see what would happen if nobody voted for nobody. I would be willing to bet that they would still find a winner that the elites of this world wanted in power. It has nothing to do with us. it`s all about them.
