Most definitely not.
There are an awful lot of famous people who come from Canada on which you can base this. For example: William Shatner, Shania Twain, Jim Carrey In fact, if you stood most people side by side, I bet you couldn't tell WHERE in the world they came from: Canada, USA, UK, wherever....
And if you've never been to Canada, you should really visit. It's a great country and not just because I'm biased because I live here.

I remember South Park mentioning some small village in Canada called Toronto..... apparantly the people who live there do look like Terrance and Phillip..... I'm not sure about the rest of Canada though......
