Because the video needs bufferring, click the play button and after it has finished loading, pause it, wait for a few minutes. You can see the red lined buffer reach to the end of the seek bar.
After that play the video from the beginning. You'll have no hitches at all.
Good luck.

YouTube tries to stream your video as much as possible, but you're trying to view a piece of the video that hasn't been downloaded yet.
The dark-red bar to the right of the position circle represents how much of the video that's downloaded to your system. The bright-red bar to the left of the position circle represents how much of the video you've watched.
Since everybody's connection speed is different, some people are going to load the video faster than others & your connection is downloading slower than the playing speed of the video, causing you go into "Rebuffer Hell", where you constantly stop & restart your video every 5 seconds or so.
For improved video watching on YouTube, I HIGHLY SUGGEST that you pause & wait until the dark-red bar reaches (or is close to) the right side of the viewer before playing to get the best uninterrupted viewing experience.

I assume you have a dial-up internet connection like myself. When I watch videos on YouTube, I can only view about three seconds at a time, before it stops to load another three seconds.
