After going out to the pub for an evening, and only getting around 5 hours sleep, I have puffy eyes the next day.
Any advice on stopping this happening or getting rid of it? i.e. Certain eye drops?
Thanks!

Don't say don't go out, I don't work 7 days a week, 4 weeks a month to stay in!
Thanks for your advice on cucumber & tea bags etc, but what if you don't have the time in the morning?

Press cold things out of your fridge on your eyes, you can buy eye whitening drops to they really do work. I heard pile cream can work for puffness and dark circles.

Apparently cucumber slices are good but used tea bags are good too. There is also a solution that you can buy over the counter in any chemist that you put into your eyes - I used to use it in my younger days but I can't remember what it is called. Ask the chemist I'm sure that they will be able help you.

This one will sound strange but really helps. When you get up in the morning and you have puffy eyes- make yourself a cup of tea with two tea bags. Save the tea bags. Once the tea bags are cold you can place them over your eyes and voila- puffy eyes cured :)

A little known tip that I've heard stars use is haemorrhoid cream! A little cream applied under the eyes will reduce the swelling (puffiness). Strange use for the cream, but it apparently works!!

Cucumber slices straight from the fridge or cooled down used teabags. Make sure you cover up wherever you are lying though because the runs from the teabags will stain.

Try putting 2 spoons in the fridge and holding them over your eyes the next day, certainly wakes you up!

I have this same problem due to the lack of sleep I get. Hang in there-- wait it out until summer. You probably are beautiful with out any and it is the inside what counts any ways.

Stop going out and drinking. Stay home and get some rest.
