All the time. I don't see any point in asking a question only to have your own views repeated back to you.
I like an answer that makes me see another aspect or one that gives me a laugh.

No... But sometimes if I ask a question that I don't know the answer to, and someone puts up a good argument for their case, I will choose them, even if I'm not entirely certain.

Nope. I usually give a best answer vote to those who I agree with and/or have a really creative comical answer.

i hv never asked a question which wud give me soo much ov an option but while voting for a best answer i tend to vote for the one which makes me look at the other side ov the coin n i find it convincing enuf...coz its tuff to luk at the other side wen u blv in ur own view ov things a li'l too much...

i just deleted 2 questions because i refused to give anyone who answered best answer.
if i get a bunch of inbred answering my question, i usually extend the question and hope someone answeres who makes sense. if not, delete. hell why not, yahoo deletes most of my questions anyway. 14 in the past week and counting.

Yes many times. And not to argue back with them, although it has been tempting. Sometimes a fresh persective is needed. I am not always right, hard to believe, I know.

I don't but once a person picked my answer as the best and there was a comment like this under it :
I picked you because it was only waste. (it was longer but I don't remember)
I was very angry with him.
