Doing this will blow your headphones !
The headphone socket gives low power, perhaps 100 milliWatts, suitable for them: the speaker outputs will give many times this, maybe 1000 times for a big system of 100 Watts per channel. If you had your headphones on when you switched on, you would also probably deafen yourself, at least temporarily !

It is possible, but start off with 0 volume & turn the volume up minutely you can easily destroy the headphones with to much volume. Also the impedance of the headphones matter. Low impedance will increase the output of the amp. SO NOT RECOMMENDED. I was a tv/hifi/etc engineer for 30 years

Ya surely you can...
the sockets ( female ) of both speaker out and headphone out consist of the same type... thus you can connect you speakers as well as the headsets there....

You can do this, but it's a very bad idea. The sound will be far too loud and will probably damage the phones, your ears, or both.
