Gorillas may be powerful, but the largest bears are more than twice as large and heavy than even the largest gorillas, so assuming that the fight involves a large bear, then the bear would win.
However, if it was a small bear then I would guess that maybe the gorilla could use its strength to overpower the bear.

It takes a man to think up this question.
In nature, animals don't mess with each other, unless they need to.
The answer is, depends on the individual gorilla and bear.
If you get a chance, get a hold of a recording of Okefenokee Joe, a folk singer and naturalist, who now has left his job at the park in Georgia, and is starting a job with the South Carolina Arts Council.

It would depend entirely on the type of bear. Grizzlies and Kodiaks would probably win the fight.
