At least once a week. Anything longer than that, you are sleeping in your own shedded skin...ewwww, sounds awful, doesn't it? It is! Once a week, no less!

Bedsheets: I change mine once a week...
Pillow covers: I have problem skin so I have lots of extra pillow covers and change them far more often than the sheets.
Even if you don't change bedding every week...DEFINITELY keep checking the appearance and feel of your sheets and everything...if you see/feel oil, grease, residue, or any kind of undesired "stuff" then it is obviously time to change the sheets.
I sat down on my friend's bed once and felt grease/stickiness...NOT a pleasant memory. So yes...strictly speaking, I recommend weekly changing of bed sheets and pillowcases...IMHO, the same goes for towels.

I change mine only once a week. They always look clean. It depends on the person do. I do not put a lot of lotions and products on before I go to bed, so my sheets don't get any residue on them.

Pillow cases may be a different story. I know a woman whose teenagers had trouble with acne. She changed their pillowcases daily and they noticed a difference in their skin within a couple of weeks.

in case you will hit upon a small air pump tube to circulate in it, do no longer over feed them, and that they are no longer massive poopers like gold fish, you are able to in all probability injury out with as quickly as a week or so. that's what I did with my betta that used to stay in a vase that ought to hold a gallon of water. yet once you have a bent to overfeed, can no longer get an air pump tube to slot in, or they poop a lot, i might propose changing the water each and every couple of days, and by capacity of that, I propose (using fact the bowl is so small) placed them in a plastic container crammed with lots of the water (good dealt with for their well being), empty the bowl, wash it out sturdy, and then fill up and handle. I propose that approach no remember once you alter the water, it incredibly is easiest for this manner of small container, yet how oftentimes relies upon on you should substitute the water. If nutrition or poop gathers up too a lot, the water will become very undesirable for them. in case you are able to no longer locate some style of thank you to make the water circulate in it, they lose oxygen and die. so as long using fact the water won't develop into contaminated each and every couple of days and there's a fashion for oxygen to flow the water, as quickly as a week or so could desire to be superb. in spite of the reality that, finally, you are able to desire to locate a ideal bowl or tank to place them in. it incredibly is extra helpful for their well being. The extra swimming room and decor, the happier they are, meaning, as long as well being isn't an argument, the longer they stay.

Use downy sample when you rinse your bedsheets. It will make the fabric a lot softer and fresher even if they don't dry out. But for more tips and info, you may also browse this site http://www.upkb.com/downysample.php and hopefully, learn more.

Every 2-3 days change 'em. Saliva is a dead serious thing to deal with. If you want to relax & enjoy sleeping in a pathogen-free bed, do change it in that short time. Stenchy rooms comes from ignorance to bacteria & dirt(as in pathogenic micro-organism not dirt like soil or something).
