We have a septic tank also, and the only thing I use to clean my bathrooms is Dow Scrubbing Bubbles.
I know we should never use bleach, but sometimes I have to use bleach in my washer. Also if you have a dishwasher, most of the soaps now for dishwashers have bleach in them. The antibacterial soap are not suppose to be used in septic tanks.
It tough to decided all the time what to buy to clean with because most things now kill bacteria.....
Good luck

There are spray cleaners in cans that work well. One is Basin, Tub and Tile Cleaner; another is Lysol spray bathroom cleaner. There are many types of cleaners that do not contain bleach, but these two sanitize and are not corrosive.

I use Mr Clean erasers for the sink and tub and around the toilet bowl. For the inside, I flush and as the water is at it's lowest, I put SoftScrub around the sides and brush.

I use boiling white vinegar with a sponge and rubber gloves and also a hand steamer like the one advertised on TV (it's red, but I won't use its actual name)
