Mostly keep trying. But you might also keep a calendar of when your last period was, and make sure you grab your honey and get him into bed every night in the middle of your cycle. Normally, that is about 14 days after the last period, but seduce him every night for a week in the middle there, and you should get pregnant. If not, then it's time to ask a doctor.
Be sure the doctor checks both husband and wife. You might think it is you, but really it is him. That's what it was like with my first husband, and I thought I was sterile. Imagine my surprise when, years later, I came up pregnant just before I was supposed to start college! Turns out my first husband had apparently lied about getting a test.

Have sex 12 to 14 day after the first day of your last period. That is when most women are fertile. Trust me, I know!! I have three kids.
