What is empowering me about myself is my respect and love to each and every one, my understanding others, my Christian character (do not want to argue, prefer to step back). Disempowering is my shyness, feeling weak if I need to speak in front of people, and belief that I am less than others sometimes, that I do not deserve to be heard, seen.

The best beliefs about me are the best beliefs about everyone that I have within me something of God. It's much to live up to, but in the moments when I do live up to it I am empowered.
