LOL i would suggest to forget about it because every time i have a song in my head i tend to listen to it as soon as i can n it just ends up stuck in my head for another week or so.. so the answer to ur question is no, dear =)

If you can't remember all the lyrics, listen to it. That way you may stop thinking about it by trying to remember. If that's not a problem, just wait until the next song gets stuck in your head to get rid of the first. This cycle may take a while and repeat . . . .

If a song is stuck in my head, that means I am in love with the song - both music and lyrics.
If I am in love, I want to hear the song as much as possible because it is perfect, fills and thrills me.

neither, use it as a pick-up line. ask someone pretty if she remembers the song, then tell the girl that she looks really intelligent and she's probably into music. :)
