Most of the State Universities in India provde MBA through Distance Learning. The Popular ones are IGNOU, Symbosys, ICFAI.
For MBA Admissions, IGNOU Conducts Entrance Test twice a Year (OPENMAT)
For Symbosys you need to clear the SNAP test.

MBA in Distance learning mode is provided by the following major institutions:
1.IGNOU- New Delhi.
2.Punjabi University Patiala.
3.Annamalai University.
4.IMT Ghaziabad.
5.Punjab University-Chandigarh- This is also running a unique course MFC-(Masters in Finanace and Control) which is almost at par with MBA(Finance) So if you intend to make a carreer in Finanace this is the best option.
