u should keep Ur personal life away from Ur professional life. don't mix them up & as u said that he is 42 and married then u should not think that way.
he is secured in his life & if u have a relation with him in future with his consent even then ur relation as well as ur future will always be insecured.
the right way is to forget him & wait for the right person to approach u.

dear, the fact is that you have been living in close proximity of this man, atleast 6-8 hrs each day and so its normal for you to either fall for this guy or develop a crush. now i dont know which it is, but given a shot, it could be a crush, as he is smart, successful, rich and famous! we generally fall for a person who is superior to us in some way, and looks like this man has a lot of kudos! added to the fact that he is married and someone else's property, that really spices up things! well sis i dont know if your feelings are love or infatuation, but still, i guess the best thing for you to do is get a fresh job.
the guy may just use you and then leave you, or make fun of your emotions, or the work environment may turn out to be sour if your co-workers are people who laugh at others!! control yourself dear and look for a fresh job preferably with a woman as boss. atleast then you can lead your life fully!! all the best!!

I know very well the result of your feelings. I am also a man who has some feelings it does not mean I can express my feelings to that guy who doesn't care. In my earlier answer I told all types of situation. However, I told you one thing that it creat a very big problem in his family. I think his wife is beautiful, smart and understandable thats why he loves her and was married and she never accept this. I suggest you first you consult with your parents and your personal frnds. they will give you the right way. There is a gap of 16 years in between you and your Boss.
Moreover, I suggest you not to do this. No woman share her husband.

This is mearly a crush i think, i have them all the time at my office, even when i have know these people for years, all of a sudden i crush on them and then within weeks its gone. Not sure if you relate. please remember that the man is married and that is a terrible situation to be in as the "other woman" as they almost ALL the time never leave their wife. i am also 26 and there are so many men in the world that aren't married. you need to find a new crush and run with it.

Above all he is a married man. Second comes he is your boss. In fact offices shud be kept for product work only. Better you treat the plce as a real office and not dating site. Will be better for you if you ride a bike of own size or adjusted to your size and forget it what you are thinking.

watch like dog note his feeling and behaviour ,character and actions when ur there with him and whn with other people . if he behaves well ok otherwise drag his collar in the middle of the office and teach a lesson
