Anyone else had this bug with Vice City on the PC?

I played it all through once when i first bought it 2 years back. I reinstalled it the other day and whenever im in the sea either on a boat or in a skimmer plane the vehicle digs into the water and wont go above crawling speed meaning you cant take off. Its also a problem when reversing vehicles, they seem to dig in and get stuck in the ground!

Perhaps you've saved tour progress in "Hyman Condo", which makes several glitches, such as car wheels stuck in the road, or "Havana" outfit being locked, or those you mentioned.

The best way is to erase your "Hyman Condo" (The safe-house in the north of Mainland-2nd town-) saves...Or if you haven't reach there yet, delete all your save files, 'cause the glitch will make them all curropted!

im sorry to tell you this my friend, but this is a very serios bug.
it happened to me and i never played it again.
I think it has somthing to do with one of the places you save the game..
I would recomend contacting rockstar and seeking professional advice,.
the only other thing i can recomened is wiping the data clean before you play.
if that doesn't help, then you should contact a professional pc advisor, but he may say that he will have to compleatly wipe your hard drive clean.
But it would be much easyer just to buy a new copy of the game...

i had a problem similar to that once.

im going to suggest the same thing i suggested to someone else.

remove the memory card. and try to play. if it works fine. delete all your vc saved files on the memory card. if it doesnt work fine. the game is messed up. try uninstalling and reinstalling. if that doesnt work, and you want to play it, youll need a new one.
