Do anti depressant medicines take away the urge for sex and do they change the cycle of menstrual periods?

They do not change your menstrual cycle at all. There are no hormonal effects.
Some of the modern antidepressants cancause decreased sex drive; some have this effect more than others. Many will have this effect only for the first 4-6 weeks, then the sex drive returns.

I think they affect your urge, I don't know about the menstrual

I take Celexa. It doesnt really affect me anymore. It doesnt affect my cycle either.
