That's a good question, but I think it depends on the individuals. Some people might find the lips more attractive than the eyes.
However, the majority would believe that the eyes are more appealing and more expressive as well.
The human eye is a very unique and important feature in our lives. We need eyes to see things, people etc. We need eyes as a doorway to the world.
Eyes are also involved in emotional situations. When we are hurt, we cry, and the tears come from our eyes. Eyes can also show happiness at the same time. Eyes are very often used to express yourself without needing the usage of words.
Henceforth, I believe that one's eyes are a more appealing and unique when you see a person especially for the first time.

The eyes give us all the instinctive "body language" signals we need to work out whether we like someone or not, and to read what they think about us.... all this happens in the first 3 seconds or so of meeting & seeing someone for the first time, so THE EYES HAVE IT!
Even when you see a picture of someone like Angeline Jolie, we still look at her eyes, with the black eyeliner, before we see the big lips.......
It's all part of our "survival of the fittest / evolution" process to secure our best possible personal safety and "breeding" choices,
so it is understandable.

I never look at the lips of a person at the first meeting, I only look at the eyes. So, I guess, EYES!

if a person has eyes like aaishwarya rai's then most definitely, its eyes! but if they have lips like angelina jolie's then ofcourse, lips are the sexiest!! the eye/lips make up that you do also leads to admiration. if you dress your eyes sexily, but not in a scary way, then they may magnetise anyone, while if the correct shade is used on the lips then its the most perfect eye catcher ever!!!

definitly the eyes they are the mirror to the soul but a nice pair of soft looking lips isn't a bad add on and nice buns.peace
