First you want to lay down on a flat surface with your legs elevated -- using pillows or something of that nature. Softly rub your stomach if it's causing you alot of pain. If you feel a bowel movement, try to go to the bathroom. Take some "Pepto Bismol" or "Tums" medicine when you feel good enough to hold it down. Loud noises or sudden movements can be unnerving and upset your stomach more. It's very importaint that if it increases in pain you need to lay down with your legs elevated, this helps ALOT. If the pain is still bad after taking medicine and it's been more than a half hour, have someone call a doctor, as it may be serious.
Often stomach aches can be just bad dieting, and will go out with a good bowel movement, others times it can be worse. Just incase you should bring a bag around with you incase you need to hurl.

Ginger will help reduce nausea. Any form - biscuits, crystallised ginger, ginger tea - should help.
Mint also helps - pack of mints, mint tea or something.
For the ache, get a hot water bottle or other heat pad and hold it to the area where the pain is, it should ease it.
Painkillers will help, but as this is asked in the "alternative medicine" section, I'm guessing you wanted other options!

is it a sickness bug ? if u are throwing up a lot then the best thing is to keep hydrated - so keep sipping water, and if it goes on for a while, u can get those re-hydration powders to add to the water to replace essential nutrients that your body needs. also, a hot water bottle held onto your stomach can provide instant comfort and relief. if you're just feeling sick without vomiting, then try eating a ginger biscuit. if u can't face eating, get some ginger tablets from your local health food shop.

The Aztecs used to smell their own farts to relieve stomich aches. I've tried it and it actually works!! The Chinese use ground bear claw which is also supposed to give one strength and insight to a friend's problems. Marijuana is well known to relieve nausea and is the a major medical use for it for chemo patients (the other being relief of a eye pressure for gloucoma patients). And of course, the most widely used natural cures for stomich ache, especially for acid indigestion, are calcium (main ingredient in Tums) and bicarbonate of soda (main ingrediant in Alka-Seltzer) both all-natural.

try drinking some ginger ale or sprite... it will calm your tummy.
if this sickness is causing you to throw up then drink some Gatorade. Gatorade will at least provide you with nutrients that you need and eat some crackers... it will stay down better.
get as much rest as you can

Ginger or arrowroot. Try a small ginger biscuit or some ginger tea. This is very good for nausea. I used it when I was pregnant!
