Okay.. I want to sell and buy on ebay. I live in Spain. I have opened up an account with PayPal, but I do not have a credit card.
How do I get money into my PayPal account without a credit card, and how do I receive money when someone buys an item and pays thru PayPal. Please don't refer me to PayPal or Ebay site. I don't get it. Thanks

You use your Bank-account, transfer money (it's up to you how much ) to Paypal this is your spending limit also.
When getting paid, it will go to your Paypal account.

You choose what account to have the money deposited into. I use a credit card for payments and direct deposit for receiving money.
I dont have credit in my Paypal account.
I only pay or receive money for purchases & sales as they occur.
