Well your porblem seems to be quite confused one for you...well lets see if following material can really change your thinking make your feel comfortable...
See let me first clear one thing that Love happens at one sight from heart..so hat doesnt means that u can love anyone of high age..but then the second factor is that love gap of somewhat 15yrs is not too good.. the reason is that the opposite persons love is been already shared with his or her life partner..so in such condition..the younger person might end-up in having sex which is quite dangerous...
Secondly as he is your boss so u might be quite impressed with his good qualities and management ..which in turn might have made u feel dearer for him..which is quite natural..in such conditions u need to respect him and not feel love for him....
And laslty as its only a feeling from yourside so its better that u try to forget and concerntarte on your work becos..even if u try to express your feelings there would only two results...either he might fire you from job or he might use you..and in both the ways its your loss...
So the time has came where u need to take decision from your mind and not heart..

This is mearly a crush i think, i have them all the time at my office, even when i have know these people for years, all of a sudden i crush on them and then within weeks its gone. Not sure if you relate. please remember that the man is married and that is a terrible situation to be in as the "other woman" as they almost ALL the time never leave their wife. i am also 26 and there are so many men in the world that aren't married. you need to find a new crush and run with it.

Wait for a while and then think again. If you still believe it is love (you are matured enough to know that) go express yourself in a decent manner.
I am sure he shall guide you accordingly.
And please do not forget that love could happen anywhere anytime and towards anyone. And do remember that true love does not essentially mean that the two persons in love should be together and be up to something physical. You can have kind of platonic relationship.

This is just infatuation what generally happens to us.If someone talks nice to us we name it as love.I think you are mature enough to think who is best for you.Why go for married man when there are young guys waiting for you.Try and be practical in your thinking.
