you need a software which can create pdf from the word document

after installing the software
when you want to create pdf open the word document and press ctrl+p a window will popup you will find here a new printer which is called a pdf creater choose it and selec ok and you will the pdf file from word.

i think you mean pdf... but i think you can change it by opening the file in your word program and then export it, or save it as whatever file type you want

search for PDF995 on google or go here http://www.pdf995.com/
it's free btw. In Word you do as if you're going to print and choose pdf995 instead of your regular printer....
