Are you sure you're talking about gals not guys?
All the guys I know do that, while speaking for myself, I take account of everyone around me and base my decisions in the way that will upset the least persons. Sometimes someone has to be upset but better than upsetting 10 others.

It is not correct to say girls are taking sudden decision without thinking about it. If you feel so, men are also taking such decisions. In fact, women are more mature while taking decision than men as they tend to think about the pros and cons. They also think deeply before jumping in to conclusions. I am not trying to say all women are like that. But wise women do that always.

Maybe you are talking about women from Venus? Lol .. because like me, many women are not like that. Don't stereotype us because of one or two experiences you had. Perhaps you just haven't met the right "gal". Most of us are sensitive to the needs of others and are very considerate about their feelings.

i don't agree i think both guys and gals do make sudden decisions changes w/o thinking and be sorry or apologetic later.

I think you are having less contacts with girls.
They are very much cautious when they are dealing with opposite sex and same sex.
Do you know their bargaining power?
If woman are taking quick decision then it is the culture of home and family.
No body can understand the woman.
Man is smart and woman is smarter!!!!!!!!!!

I am wondering about the point to this question as well.
People come in all shapes and sizes, I do not believe this generalization can be answered as it is an invalid question.
