I have a large ribcage and a B-cup. I always have to use bra extenders in order to get bras to fit. Are there any places that sell bras with unique sizing?

Try online at Bare Necessities, Essential Apparel and Bigger Bras (they have regular sized bras too, despite the name).

The B Cup sizes go up to a 56 inch back - just select your size from the drop down

I can usually find a 42 b at Catherines. You might also try Michael Salem's They cater to crossdressers and I am one, but they tend to carry larger sizes with smaller cups.

Online. Usually you can find just about anything online. Also, you could get then custom made, but that would be expensive.
