Call 972-687-4700 and ask for a repurchase form, and how much product you can ship back. Then ship it back. You will get 90% of what you paid back.
You do not need to have your recruiter, or director sign the repurchase form.
You do not need to tell your recruiter or director that you returning product. [Right after you hang up, the person you talked to will call your director or recruiter and tell them that you asked for a repurchase form. If you can return more than $10K your national will also be contacted. The reason for this is that the recruiter, director, and national will have to refund the commission they obtained, when you made your purchases.]
The amount you can return is based upon a rolling twelve month figure. In theory, you are only supposed to return product that you have ordered within the last year. In practice,.MK (Corporate) does not cross reference what you returned, with your purchases within the previous year.
You will be told that you can never sign up with MK again, if you return product. I'm not sure why that is considered to be a bad thing, but those in the pink fog appear to see that as being a disaster.
In terms of bad experiences, there are at least a dozen blogs that describe who, what, where, and when Consultants, Directors, Nationals, and MK Corporate are unethical, or doing things that are illegal, or doing things that are both illegal and unethical.
MKSurvivors@yahoogroups.com is a mailing list for people who are recovering from their bad experience with Mary Kay.

Do you know that if you sign up to be a Mary Kay consultant and you decide you don't want to do it within a year they will give you 90% of your money back? That would have been a better route to go than eBay.
Depending on what you have, you can still sell it pretty easily. The stuff flies off my shelves.
And finally, there is no testing on animals. I don't know where you heard that. This quote is STRAIGHT from the PETA website:
"Mary Kay ranks as the largest cosmetics company to sign the Corporate Standard of Compassion for Animals, a stringent, internationally accepted standard put forth by the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics, of which PETA is a member."

Yes. I love their products and they got me to sign up as a consultant. I ended up buying about a thousand dollars worth of stuff before even trying the selling aspect at all. I hated it and it took me years to sell everything off on Ebay. I lost money too.

I'm sorry that things did not work out for you they way you had hoped, but if you don't want to sell anymore contact the corporate office and find out how to send your product back. They will buy back (at 90%) any unopened inventory you may have.

They test that crap on poor little animals in cages and it burns all their fur off. Not to mention that cosmetics until very recently (perhaps still) used whale blubber and were big supporters of whaling. Also contains many other animal products. The cosmetic industry is also largely responsible for the spread off breast and ovarian cancer.

My wife tells me that you have to buy a foundation with an entire skin care line so you are better off staying away from it.

I've never used their product my mom sells avon and she would kill me! What kind of problems did you have? I think their stuff is over priced. If I'm going to slurge on make-up it's going to be MAC or Lancome
