i am in gulf. here most of the people says the above problem.

Please check with your doctor to make sure nothing else is wrong. If there is an underlying cause to your irregular cycles you won't want to leave it untreated.

Irregular periods need to be checked out. You need to find the cause; it could be hormonal. Your gynecologist will be able to do tests.

not sure it's a 'home made' way, but taking the herb Agnus Castus is meant to help witht his..

other than that, diet, exercise, no drinking, no smoking, no drug use, lower caffeine intake....basically LIVE HEALTHILY!! lol
