Well I had a virus once on my computer. I got some programs to run a scan. The anti virus program I have is Zone alarms. It scan then gets rid of the virus, spyware or trojans. S of the viruses were not deleted by the software.

I had to search the virus by the name for example C:/Programfiles...
the delete them like we delete pictures and music. Also it is best to do this in Safe mode (accessed by F8 on most computers, some are F10) because some viruses can only be deleted that way.

Hope it all works out for you!

Buy and install a good anti-virus program (anything but Norton cos its like a virus) and it will get rid of the virus. But when you install it, make sure it does a full-system scan (hard-drive, operating system). It should get rid of the virus. I went through the same thing at home. We had trojans and worms and we got rid of it by installing an anti-virus program called "Panda" and it worked like a bomb. It's user friendly and updates on its own when you connect to the internet.

that is not rebooting. you're reformatting. sure that receives rid of them, yet that receives particularly stressful. in basic terms get Microsoft protection needs or Avast! abode version. they'll preserve you from maximum viruses, yet no software in the international will stop each and every thing.
