Okkk hard to explain. ALright. well you gotta practice theres more then one way. well u have to atleast know how to dance somewhat. you can do it by putting your hands on your knees and
moving your legs as you take your butt to the floor. Or YOU can do it popping your butt and going down. Also you can do it fast or slow. fast you just dip your butt to the floor and back up. watch rap movie videos. they show you in there.
