00:00 comes after 23:59. There is no 24:00.

I have been accustomed to this time system until I moved to Canada when I had to use the other way more regularly than ever before, but I still set any of my clocks which allow it on the 24 hour system. None of my clocks ever say "24:00." It's always "00:00."

If u say that after 23:59 next comes is 24:00 then I think u must first ask that :
what comes after 23:58:59, 23:58:60 or 23:59:00.

Both are accepted. The one I hear the most often it 00:00

it must be 00:00 because if you start adding the date into the mix, then that's the only that would make sense... it's just like adding numbers, you can't say that 9.9 +0.1 = 9.10 and then move to 10.1 (I think I just made it harder)... I'll try again with the numbers, like couting twenty nine, you won't go to twenty-ten, it's over,

same with these: day1 23:59:59; next is day2 00:00:00
