I read that.

Wasn't that awesome.

Bush wouldn't dare attack him.

I love it when the Troops put the smackdown to the alchoholic in chief.

I consider myself a Moderate with some slightly classic conservative ideals ( Fiscal responsibility, Family values, and a smaller Federal Government. Though again, some of those can be considered Liberal today)

However, Kevin Tillman has hit it right on the head on the current situation in leadership within our country and in how the American public remains lax in standing up for what apparently 55%-75% (depending on who to beleive) of the American public veiw as wrong.

And no. This is not another Veteran insulting our troops, as he is right in most, if not all of his stances. The Republican party today shames itself on its so called support of the Troops.

Support as Kevin Tillman said, is more than simply slapping a sticker on your bumper, wearing an American flag pin on your collar, wearing a yellow wristband, and balking at any rational debate on the current policies of the Bush Administration's handling of the Iraq war and how they choose to ignore warning after warning on keeping soldiers safe, WHILE cutting Veteran benefits and closing down V.A hospitals around the country.

No. What I beleive Kevin Tillman was getting across was that Support starts at home, in the fixing of our broken domestic policies, and getting rid of the hypocrisy and rhetoric while bringing out the truth of the current situation in Iraq, the truth of the reasons behind the war in the first place, and how we can fix this mess and bring the soldiers home.
