This restart was the worst place that my family and I had eating at. The service was horrible, the manager did not care that we had horrible service, and we as a family had to sing happy birthday to my daughter ourselves.

I will start with the time we put are name in to be seated, 7:10-7:15 pm. Mind you this is a Wednesday on November 1st. We were told that the wait time would be about 40 to 50 minuets for our party of eight to be seated. 8 pm rolls around and we see 2 large parties leave (over eight people) and a few small parties leave (under 5 people) left 15-20 minuets earlier. My wife checks to see how much longer it would be before we were seated. She was told that they were waiting for a party to leave and that we would be seated in 10 minuets. 15 minuets pass. I look in the area were we had seen the large parties leave from and see that the tables in the area were clean. I then go and ask how much longer It would be before we are seated. I was told that they were still waiting for the other group of people to leave. I see that the group of people that they are waiting on is in another section of the restaurant and ask why we can not be seated were the two large groups were at in the other area. I was told that there were no waiters for that area. I thought that was odd because they had waiters there about 30 to 40 minuets ago and we could have been seated there at that time. I go and tell my wife and she starts to get mad. We then wait another ten minuets and my father in law goes and asks if we can be seated. He is told that they are bussing the table. We finally get seated at 8:30 pm. Minimum time waiting for a table was 1 hour and 15 minuets. As we seat down a helper pours water for us and gets us some garlic cheese bread. Our waiter comes and takes our order at 9 pm. We all order and then wait 15 minuets for are drinks to come. At this time we ask the helper if we could have are drinks. 5 minuets pass and our drinks come with our salads.

By this time it is 9:20 pm and we have an eight year as of today and 15 month old waiting to eat something other than bread. I also will remind you that the 15 month old was waiting for her milk as everyone else was waiting for there drinks. 9: 40 rolls around and we are know just getting our food that we ordered. At this time I placed an order for my father due to the fact that he could not be with us. I told the waiter that this needed to be for to go. Waiter leaves and my father in law noticed that the broccoli that he had ordered was not there. We all eat our food with in 10 minuets due to be very hungry and mad. Most of us could not eat much from being so mad. The waiter comes by and takes my father in laws plate. At that time he tells him that he did not get the broccoli and to take it of the bill. The waiter did not ask if any one else was done. He left. 10 more minuets pas and I ask the helper for boxes. He comes with boxes in a few minuets. My wife then asks to speak with the manager.

This takes s about 5 minuets for him to come over. I go over everything with him that I had just explained. I also told him that we are still wait for our desert and cake for my daughter birthday. I also tell him that we will never come to the restaurant again and that I would let people know how bad the service was. I also told him that we were about to leave with out paying> I told him that we did not due this to show curtsy to the works, which was not showmen to us. He (Anthony Chagollan ) told me that he was sorry. I remind you that this was not heart felt. I also to him about the other seating that was available 20 minuets or more before we were seated where we were at. He tells me that if we would have sat in that area we would have had to wait longer for our food and drinks. I told that that could not have been possible.

Another 5 minuets pass and we are waiting for the cake for my daughter. We then ask another waiter to get the cake. She gets the waiter that has been serving us and he come out with the cake and bill. He then leaves. We as a family wait for about 1 minuet and decide to sing happy birthday ourselves. After that I look at the bill and see that the to go order was not even on the bill, which was $89.79. I leave $90 get a box for the cake and we get up and start to leave. As we are walking down the aisle I see the manager with a few other waiters singing happy birthday to other customers. My daughter sees this as well. She asks why they are sing to the other people and they did not sing to her.

As you can see my daughter is thinking that she is not important. I explain to her that the people are mean and that they do not matter. She than tells me that tonight was the worst birthday dinner she has had. She also does not want to go to the restaurant again. This was her favorite place to eat, but not any more.

So I am letting people know the horrible time that we had here on and eight year olds birth and to also help my daughter get something back form them. I hope that this will keep a few people from going to this restaurant in Fullerton.

Thanks
David

You should provide us with the full address.
Where in the world is Old Spaghetti factory?
Perhaps you should add on and tell us the address.
I'll personally control their brains and have them post their apologise on the net.
May the force be with you.
You should have changed restaurant.

Geesh, this was a terrible experience and excrutiating to read your long explanation. I just think that it is a substandard place, highly overrated and best avoided.
