what's better is to know what makes suffering stop

Everything would be better then that. Peace is good, but without suffering nobody would be happy, nobody would have anything to smile about, what would the good be then? Suffering is necessary to find peace and happiness.

there is nothing better than peace but its like any good thing too much of it and it becomes bland and boring why do you think we create horror movies etc becuase we enjoy watching drama unfold, even in our own live things can be very interesting when you add a bit of chaos but peace is perfection becuase it is only occasionally attainable

yep that's the story.. needs and interests are the reason for suffering....
