My wife is too good. She wont tell lie. But when she comes to know any one telling lies she gets very angry and she will start scolding them. She gets angry even if they do some small mistakes like telling lies, showing partiality.
She is unable to forgive and forget others mistakes.
Because of that she always complaints about others daily. I really dont like that. When I say leave it she gets angry with me too. She could not even forgive and forget her mistakes also. Because of that she is always finding faults on others and she is not enjoying her life.
So I am very upset, I dont the way to change her or suggest her

Please give me some suggestions

She sounds like a perfectionist. Perhaps there is something in her past that led her to feel rejected or unworthy? Finding that out and letting go by forgiving them would be a good step to take towards healing. Compliment her, build up her self esteem so that she feels better about herself and isn't as negative or critical.

You can't change her, all you can do is change your own behavior to elicit a response from her. Change comes from within.

It sounds like she needs to learn skills both in managing her anger and in dealing with difficult people. These can be learnt so there is no need to get down hearted.
First she needs to be less occupied with these negative feelings. Deep relaxation, yoga and meditation are ways to bring inner calmness. You may want to try doing this. If you yourself develop and skills for dealing with such situations she may start to use them too. Old fashioned but still useful Dale Carnegie "How to win friedns and influense people", Or Vincent Peale "How to stop worrying and start living" qre good books to read.
If she is interested in psychology theer are also books such as "How to deal with difficult people" and you could read it together and discuss how to handle diffiocult people you know.
