It's hilarious. Even if you accept his jibe at the pres it's still funny. Bush was accepted into grad school at Harvard. Kerry couldn't quite make the Harvard/Yale cut. He had to go to law school at Boston College since his grades were not quite up to snuff.

kerry should read this because all who throw their hat in the ring know that sooner or later they will fall out of favor. i know you mean no harm and also that you do know your point but like like war heros it just is so american, never was the an audie murphy movie about his heroism that was not a real person blessed with the real commitments at the right time. we all freeze up, we all have to sleep in the depths of loossing in the nightmares of sleep and have days to reconstruct ourselvers but i'll stick up for all who have served and believe they can and will give there coutry want they say but there are so many way to bring perople down that the behavioral sciences are now the 2ss kicking repubicans strong hold until the dems can frame up and get into the sciences of methodologies and see the acute angles before they shoot themselves in the foot. too much is lost in labelling people who are not anything other than steering committees efforts too disinformation too many good men will never seek public office and as long as war kills our best men you'll be in the hands of who ever is the best man to get the job. ididn't say he was the best man for the job i said he will be the best man to get the job know what i'm saying and the you know that many people are the too formidable to challenger and will never do what is nessasary but unly what they want they serve no one but themselves and i never saw this in kerry he alsway mad eme feel that it was in this pride of bring more to us that he serves not that he serves for himself, i wouldn't want to make a speech for education either, we are at a point in time that if the borders are gone so is education we can't do 100 million dallor updates on schools in every county because of imagration, cant put the american out of his own house to save bucks for industrialists this is 1906 and y2k is the gitch of more than just time it was suggested that we restart as 1900 just to have this guidence so that the formality of actually being in real time would have to occur we could just present the whole ninetenth century all over again, and this war stuff is just a myth and their really all out to lunch and we fret that it is real and all they have to do is crank up the hype and send more body bags and the is swayed by this, i think kerry is much as a smart man as we will get from those who throw stones, i couldn't take the stoneing either but i was more unworthy i still think war guy are man best friend because they have something i can't say or said i did they were our best in the second world war as the lasting peace that they brought lasted so long, all those years we were grateful, "just a coincidence"

Isn't it also interesting that Bush got better grades at Yale than Kerry did?

No more ironic than being told by Bush that "it is a terrible thing to lose one's mind", when he meant to say "a mind is a terrible thing to waste"....

And certainly no more ironic than Bush feigning outrage at Kerry's remarks, after he INTENTIONALLY presented a video segment where he pretends to search the oval office for the missing WMD's. Oh, I get it! You think your whole rationale for sending soldiers off to die and wasting a quarter trillion of taxpayer dollars should be treated as a joke! Hilarious!

Yeah, contrast that with reading My Pet Goat, upside down no less while our Nation was under attack..

I for one will never forget the deer in headlights look on our "fearless leader'"s face as he left to fly around until it was safe to land.

Can you hear me NOW?

Well, it wasn't a "speech about education", so it isn't really irony. He was trying to sound clever and it backfired, nothing more.
