Bush is our Commander in Chief, but he doesn't have the free will to exemplify any statement or cause at will. He is guided into the situation by his administrators. This reason is because so that he doesn't over use his power as President and or do the wrong things wihtout proper authority through the House of Representatives and his immediate advisor.
He is our President, but where do you think the real power comes from??????
