yea, I know how you feel. I was astonished too. He showed a complete disregard for company policy and for the safety of the other workers. As awestruck as we all were, I had to take immediate action, and he is now suspended pending further investigation. After regional reviews the incident, I'm sure his employment with the company will be terminated.
