Did they figure out that Nessie (aka the Loch Ness Monster) was just a hoax to increase tourism? Maybe there is such a thing but there must be more than just one so how many huge dinosaurs can you hide in one lake?

yes there are some recent underwater pictures of parts of what ever is in the Loch .a fairly clear photo of a finned leg for one. and sonar and radar graphs of something that is keeping its shape rather than breaking up if it was individuals.
And who ever said that their was no way into or out of the Loch deeper down.
even individual fish groups scatter when there is vibration in the water for safety.
a peleasaursas(?) has been the best guess so far.
but yes after the first sighting someone would get the idea of making some type of forgery to keep the tourist trade coming in.and the local folk would make up stories for the same reason.
